The American Red Cross is an organization built upon the unwavering spirit of the American people.
The willingness of the people of the American Red Cross to accept the challenges confronting a fast changing society has brought about an explosion of social services from disaster relief to blood services, from first aid programs to swimming lessons to assistance programs for the elderly to pandemic education. We are an organization that is always prepared, yet constantly reviewing the needs of the community and seeking innovative ways to meet them.

Volunteers Needed for Special Event Fundraiser - Breakwater Festival! September 3rd - 6th
New this year! A four day festival at Pere Marquette Park. Music, entertainment, beer tent, food, etc. We are looking for volunteers to help with ticket sales, serving beverages and those who can help coordinate volunteers. .

Safe and Well
If you have been affected by a disaster, this website provides a way for you to register yourself as "safe and well." From a list of standard messages, you can select those that you want to communicate to your family members, letting them know of your well-being.
Concerned family and friends can search the list of those who have registered themselves as "safe and well." The results of a successful search will display a loved one's First Name, Last Name, an "As of Date", and the "safe and well" messages selected.
